What photo should I use?

A clear, face-forward photo with good lighting works best. Avoid dark, blurry, or low-resolution images. If you're unsure, send us a few options and we'll choose the clearest one.

Will I see a preview before it's printed?

Yes, always. We send you a digital proof for approval before anything goes to print. Ensure you have provided your email address.

How long does the whole process take?

2–3 business days to design. 3–5 business days to print and dispatch. Allow 7–10 business days total from purchase to doorstep.

What if I don't love the design?

Once you approve the final design, printing begins. Due to the custom nature, we can't accept returns post-approval.

Can I put any dog on the tee — not just a dog who has passed recently?

Absolutely. This tee is for any dog you want to honour — who has passed. Many people order one for a beloved dog that passed years ago.
